Under the epidemic, consumers' habits are changing, and they are more transparent and healthy. In 2020, Indian Woolah Tea launched a tea bag called "Truedips", which is very different from ordinary tea bags. It lacks the outer layer of plastic packaging, showing the tea veins with clear lines. It has achieved millions of sales in a month. From 2022, it is expected to expand its sales points to the United States, Europe, the Middle East and other countries.  

Tea is the island's biggest export, normally bringing in more than $1bn a year, but the industry is being hard hit by the unprecedented economic crisis.
